Words cant explain how grateful my family and I are for the incredible support we received from P.L Fry & son. From the moment we arrived to the very last moment the staff but more specific Charla Ortiz went above and beyond to help us navigate these arrangements to send off my grandmother in the most beautiful way. She made sure that every detail was taken care of from the tribute video to the lovely posters we had for grandma. The atmosphere was peaceful and comforting had a great space for us to grieve and remember my grandmother. Thank you so much P. L Fry & son for truly making this difficult time a bit easier and we will forever be grateful for this exceptional service. I cant stress enough my gratitude for Charla for always being on top of everything when i was in chaos. I truly recommend them they treat you like family.

I don't even know where to begin, Charla made the whole process from beginning to end very smooth for my Wife Monica's service, answered all my questions, made the impossible happen multiple times, due to my wife's side family request. Charla stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process, and each time we talked, for some reason she brought comfort to myself and my boys, everything that Charla did took away huge pressure from me, there was only one thing missing, Charla was missing her Angel Wings, I and my family felt like she was the Archangel of healing, so patient and comforting, definitely went above and beyond everything to help the family out, right when I thought everything was set, you would contact me with another comforting thing you're doing for the service.

I would like to also thank Roni, for showing such care and doing an awesome job, she made my wife look like she was just sleeping. Every single one of my family felt the same way. Thank you for that Roni.

Also thank you to I believe his name is Kenny for helping me out with the choir, and during the finalization of her rest. there was also another gentleman there with Kenny I did not get your name, but thank you.

Again, My Family and I can't thank you enough, There are no words to even begin to thank you Charla. My Boys, Family and I appreciate everything you did.

You all at PL Fry & son are so wonderful and caring. Charla, Elizabeth and all of the staff who cared for my daughter Diana did such an amazing job. Even After the service, they continued to reach out and help out in anyway they could. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral home to take good care of your loved ones. They went above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Losing our mom was heartbreaking . . . but the professional, kind, caring and compassionate staff - especially Ken and Charla - at P.L. Fry & Son helped us put the pieces back together by doing an incredible job with every detail of our mom's services. (We know that if mom had attended them, she would have whispered to us "I want THIS when it's my time.") By the time we finished our first meeting with Charla, the arrangements, the visitation, flowers, funeral church location, priest and singer, even the deacon at the cemetery - were put in place and Charla and I were in constant contact over the next few days working on the obituary, program and video tribute. Everyone treated us like family, and I will never forget and forever appreciate how they made sure our mom was handled with the care, dignity and love that she lived by and deserved in return.

In our trying time of my mom passing, P.L Fry made the process smooth and as unstressfull as it could possibly be. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I am so thankful for PL Fry and the outstanding service they provided for our Mother.
