Angel Loma

February 27, 1988 ~ March 30, 2024 (age 36) 36 Years Old

Tribute

Angel Banuelos Loma Jr., met his Lord Jesus Christ on March 30, 2024, at the age of 36. Angel came into this world on February 27, 1988, and was cherished by all who knew him.

Angel was the beloved son of Angel Loma Sr. and Theresa Valdivia Loma. He was a brother held dear in the hearts of his siblings: Gustavo; wife Rachael, Adel; wife Courtlin, Mirellea, Victoria, Daniella, and Mahaley. Angel was preceded in death by his sister Yicelia Rivera and great niece Yicelia Tia Hindbaugh,. whose memory he carried with love.

Born with spina bifida, Angel faced life with a courage and zest that inspired everyone around him. His condition never defined him nor did it hinder his ability to live a fulfilling life. Angel was a beacon of strength and determination, making the most of each day granted to him.

He attended  Manteca High School and went on to complete his education at Calla High School graduating 2006. His professional journey in media communications was marked by a decade of dedicated service to his church, Ezekiel 37 of Tracy. His work was not just a job; it was a testament to his commitment to connect and uplift through the power of media.

Angel's love for life was evident in his many passions. He was an avid fan of Marvel and DC superheroes, finding joy and excitement in the world of comics and the larger-than-life stories they told. WWE events brought him thrills, as he delighted in the spectacle and showmanship of professional wrestling.

A true family man at heart, Angel cherished the simple pleasures of life, such as enjoying a meal or taking a Sunday drive with his mother. His dog, Tanzie, was a source of great happiness and his memory of her remained a comfort after her passing.

Angel's spirit was characterized by his caring, loving, and non-judgmental nature and was a humorous young man that enjoyed a good bit of banter. He was a mentor to many, guiding with wisdom and patience. He especially found comfort in teaching his nieces and nephews the Word of God. Above all, Angel was a prayer warrior, deeply committed to his church and the power of prayer. His faith was unwavering and praying for others was always at the forefront of his actions.

Angel's legacy is one of joy, perseverance, and love. He embraced life's challenges, often engaging in puzzles and board games with his nieces and nephews, whom he adored. His laughter and warmth filled the room, leaving a lasting imprint on the hearts of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Angel will be deeply missed, yet we take comfort in knowing his spirit lives on in the many lives he touched.
