Helen and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories of my childhood and as a young adult spent at your house with Margie. I loved teasing Sandy and calling him my Spaniard boyfriend, and as Margie and I laughed about recently, Sandy taught me to never pull a finger when asked to. Hold onto all your precious, funny memories of your time spent together. Sandy was truly a wonderful man and will be deeply missed. May God bless you all and guide you all through this very difficult time. Sending much love to you all.

We always looked forward to Uncle Tony and Aunt Helen’s visits to Colorado to see his sister Ercenia (Mary)Romero &family. We would either spend hours playing cards at mom’s house, visiting Colorado tourist sites, casinos or getting in a game of golf with my brother Dave.
Uncle Tony’s contagious laughter and his attitude towards embracing life with all the gusto you can have, whatever challenges thrown at him will be missed.
Thank you so much for your military service keeping our country’s freedom intact, something we all take for granted & thank you for being that special Uncle whose life made it a blessing just knowing you.
We will forever hold you in our hearts & memories until we can hold you once again in God's Kingdom.
All our love
Andy and Marci Romero

I will always remember a uncle Tony as our fun, cool Uncle. I have so many good memories of him watching us kids when we were really young and my memories go as far back as when we lived on Kittyhawk in Westchester. he was my favorite babysitter and I remember him letting us take turns on the swing while he pushed us. I was pretty young then, maybe 3 years old. But I remember it well. He played with us and kept us entertained all the time, whether we were being good or not. I haven't seen Uncle Tony and Aunt Helen in a very long time - which I hate - but I will always and forever remember Uncle Tony for his smile and good nature. Thanks for the memories Uncle Tony. May you Rest In Peace. Love, Diedre

Helen and family
So very sorry to hear about Sandy. My heart goes out to you and your family. I can still picture him out in the front yard in his lounge chair with the big fly swatter Margie brought back from our high school graduation trip to Disneyland. So many fond memories from the neighborhood. Miss them terribly. Karen and family
