Born in Oklahoma on April 18, 1923, Arnold Ellsworth Mullings, 94, entered into rest on January 5, 2018 in Turlock. In heaven, he joins his beloved wife Francille Mullings.
Arnold is survived by his two sons Mike Mullings and Jim Mullings (Mary) (ReNee). He was blessed by five grandchildren, Tracy (Troy), Amy, Jeff (Sadie), Jared (Jennifer) and Jason (Shaylee) and eight great-grandchildren, Stephanie, Olivia, Abigail, Melissa, Logan, Faith, Ryan and Maddy.

Mr. Mullings proudly served his country through the United States Army where he was stationed in both France and Germany, protecting the 44th infantry command guard unit. After the military Arnold then went to work for Sharpe Army Depot retiring after 30 years of service. He was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church where he and his late wife spent countless hours volunteering where service was needed. Arnold was an easy-going man who enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and BBQ’ing with family where he was known to whip up a fresh batch of homemade ice cream for everyone to enjoy. Most importantly, Arnold’s pride and joy was his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His main focus was always about them, he truly loved them unconditionally. Arnold will be remembered as a loving father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed.
