Bobby Arroyo, 63, entered into rest suddenly on January 25, 2018 in Manteca. He was born on May 19, 1954 in San Jose to Manuel and Jennie Arroyo. In heaven Bobby  joins both his parents.

Bobby leaves behind his children whom he loved immensely, Olivia Pullens and husband Joshua, Robina Quiroz and husband Carlos and Bobby Arroyo-Garcia. Bobby was blessed with seven grandchildren, Annaleese Arroyo-Garcia, Sophia, Vanessa and Dominique Pullens, Alisa, Angel, Roman and Carlos Quiroz Jr. In addition Bobby leaves the broken hearts of his many siblings, Carmen Ramirez, Martin Vasquez, Joe Louis Arroyo, Tina Arroyo-Garcia and husband Jose F. Garcia, Amelia Navarett and Nellie Leija and husband Hector.  He also leaves many nieces and nephews

Bobby was a Manteca resident since 1988. He was originally from San Jose where he graduated from Overfelt High School. He made his way to Manteca after his sister Nellie and her husband Hector made home here. Bobby was raised Catholic and kept Our Lady of Guadalupe close to his heart. He was well known in Manteca’s Southside Park and was often called “The Mayor”. He loved his music and his three musketeer’s chocolates. He enjoyed warm days fishing, good conversations with his friends and bringing a smile to everyone’s face.  Bobby gave more than he had, whether it was splitting a meal, the shirt off his back or half of his beer. Above it all Bobby loved his children and grandchildren, they were his sunshine and his eyes would light up when he would speak of them. Bobby will be remembered for his unconditional love he gave to his family, his carefree spirt and the friendships he leaves behind. Bobby will be truly missed.

P.L. Fry and Son is honored to serve the Arroyo family. Visitation will be from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Prayer Service will begin at 3:00pm all held at P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca On Friday, February 2, 2018.
