Time to collect your eternal reward. You were a good man; the Lord has lots of wonderful things planned for you.
You will be remembered as an inspiration and example I can only hope to come close to following.
Have a good time, wherever in the universe the Lord jetted you off to. (Hmm... do they use jets in Heaven, or only wings?)

My thoughts go out to the family in a special way -- most sorry to hear of Cam's passing.
