A Ripon resident for many years, Donna Merle Price-Hannon went to be with the Lord on the morning of Saturday, July 15, at Sutter Hospital in Tracy, CA. She passed away due to unexpected complications after briefly being hospitalized. She was 63 years young. Donna was born in Oakland, CA on May 9, 1954.

At the age of 21, she married Jeffery Hannon who was the love of her life. They were married to one another for 41 years.

Donna was a devoted Christian and a member of Mid-Valley Church in Stockton, CA. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. She was a registered LVN and found joy constantly through praising the Lord, being around family and spending time with friends. Donna loved animals - especially Boston Terriers and horses - liked board and card games, and traveling. She was also strongly involved in the International Order of Rainbow Girls Livermore Assembly 246, including serving as Grand Representative to Japan in 1972. She always put others first no matter what, praying, giving advice and listening to all that was to be said.

Donna is survived by her husband, Jeffery Hannon; children Jeremy and Elaina Hannon, Matthew Hannon, and Sarah Kay Hannon; grandson Jackson Hannon; brothers Jeffrey Price, and Richard Price; uncle Frank Martin; aunt Joan Bell; and many nephews and nieces.

PL Fry & Son Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Hannon family.  A visitation is scheduled for Friday, August 4, from 1pm to 5pm at PL Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca.  A Chapel service will be held on Saturday, August 5, at 10:00am at PL Fry & Son Funeral Home.  Final resting place will be Union Cemetery, Brentwood.
