John O. Aguilar III, or Johnny and John-John, was born on October 4, 1967 in Manteca and entered into rest on July 5, 2017. John is survived by his loving parents, John and Irene Aguilar and children, Ashlee and Noah; siblings, Rhonda Gannon (Steve) and Teresa Aguilar as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

John graduated from Manteca HS in 1985 where he was a scholar athlete. After receiving his Bachelors in Social Science from UOP, he was a special education teacher at Stagg HS in Stockton. 

John had a passion for teaching and coaching basketball. He was an avid (and opinionated!) sports fan for the Dodgers, Lakers and Rams. John was also a very giving person to anyone he met, even the homeless. He was active at St. Anthony’s Church.

Visitation will be held PL Fry & Son on Wed, July 12 , 2017 3pm–7pm followed by a Rosary/Vigil 7 pm – 290 N. Union Rd. Manteca, Ca. Funeral Mass will be held on Thurs, July 13 at 11am St Anthony’s Catholic Church 525 E. North St. Manteca, Ca. He will be laid to rest at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.
