Kristen Nicole Perez (Casity), 30, entered into rest on July 26, 2017 in Modesto. She was born on May 13, 1987 to Mike and Suzanne Casity of Manteca.
Kristen leaves behind her parents; her loving husband, Nick Perez of Modesto; their eighteen month old son Jaxon; her brother, Craig Casity of San Jose; grandparents, Beverly and James Pennington and Kate Casity; aunts Shelley Pennington and Michelle Gaal; and uncles Greg Pennington and Joe Kusy.

Kristen was raised in Manteca. She attended Brock Elliot Elementary and graduated from Sierra High School in 2005. Kristen made her home in Modesto and fulfilled her dreams of becoming an educator. She earned her Bachelors and Master's Degree as well as her Administrative Credential from Stanislaus State University. Kristen taught 4th grade at Sipherd Elementary, in Modesto, and was excited to teach 1st grade this coming school year. Her hard work and perseverance always shined through throughout her life.
Her most cherished accomplishment is her son Jaxon. She loved him more than words can say, and was so proud of being his mom. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was the one who organized events, which always brought family and friends together.

Kristen will be remembered as a most loving daughter, amazing wife and mother, wonderful sister, granddaughter, niece and friend. She will be truly missed.
