Rich was a true professional that made a difference in the many lives he touched during his career with the ACSO. Although his first impression on most was that he was a quiet and reserved person, but once you got to know Rich his exceptional sense of humor and outgoing personality was apparent. I have many funny stories about Rich, and I will cherish those memories. Rich will always be remembered as perhaps the best undercover investigator ever assigned to the County Task Force. Rich set many records and won many awards while performing the most dangerous assignment in undercover operations...he was the "Prince".
