Heaven has a new angel.

Our loving husband, father, brother and friend drew his last breath, after a valiant fight, and peacefully left his earthly bonds.

Survived by his wife of 33 years, Victoria; sons, Richard Ray Jr. “RJ” Waldron (Angel) of Modesto, and Timothy Steven Waldron (Kate) of Tennessee; granddaughter, Mia Rose and soon to arrive, Kylee Grace; brothers, Dan (Mary Ellen) and John (Sally).  Rick joins his parents, John and Genevieve, who were waiting to greet him. 

Rick was a resident of Manteca and previously Salida.  He was a graduate of Sunnyvale High School. Rick served in the US Marines.  He worked for PG&E for 27 years. While living in Salida Rick coached his sons through Salida Little League, and would continue coaching for years after. He was a loving husband and father. He will be remembered for his amazing personality and his zest for life, he will truly be missed.          

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 11:00am at PL Fry & Son Funeral Home, located at 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. An online guestbook is available at www.plfryandson.com.
