Born in Hayward on June 1, 1994, Starla Violet Beltran, 23, entered into rest on June 11, 2017 in Manteca, Ca. She is survived by her loving parents; mother Kerrie Melton, Step-father Joey Martinez, father Anthony Beltran. She was blessed with one son Tony Leonardo who she loved and adored. In addition she leaves behind her siblings; Sarah, Tyler and Zachkary grandmothers; Marion Melton and Irene Malone, aunt; Veronica Beltran and her uncles; Geoff Malone and Gregg Malone as well as many other family members and friends who love her deeply.

Starla was a resident of Manteca attending Christian Worship Center and graduating from East Union High School in 2011 where she was an All-Star Volleyball and Softball player. Just recently Starla was awarded a very special gift for returning a wallet with thousands of dollars to its rightful owner; she was truly blessed by Phil Waterford for her good character and her honesty in a tough situation. In addition for her good deed, Starla was recognized by Assemblywoman Susan Eggman; receiving the 8013-AD Strong award for going above and beyond. Starla had a beautiful mind where she enjoyed inspirational art and creative writing. She absolutely loved shopping and keeping up with the latest greatest fashion trends. Starla had an angelic soul and a gentle heart where she passionately cared for others in a selfless way. She loved to bless others with the gift of song as her voice was a true blessing from God. Starla will be remembered for her generous and kind spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who loved and cared for her. 

 

P.L. Fry & Son is honored to be serving Starla’s family. A memorial service will be on Saturday June 17, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. held at JICC Church  17902 Murphy Parkway Lathrop CA (at the corner D'Arcy Parkway).
