Virginia Lee Boyce (Prince)     June 14, 1936 - September 2, 2017

Ginny passed away peacefully at home after a short illness exacerbated by Alzheimer's disease with her family at her side.

She is survived by her husband, Albert G Boyce Jr (Pete) of Manteca, son Albert G Boyce V (Marianne) of San Francisco, daughter Mary K Boyce, DVM, of Palo Cedro, grandsons Thomas Boyce (Alejandra), Evan Boyce, Trevor Boyce, and great grandson Jaylen Ruiz Boyce all of San Francisco. Ginny was preceded in death by her parents Robert K Prince and Helen Prince.

Ginny was born and raised in Glendale, CA, graduated from Occidental College and taught school in Monterey, CA before raising her family.

Ginny was a 100% mother, supporting Albert and Mary in their school activities as well as swimming, sailing, skiing, equestrian and triathlons. She loved traveling in California, all over the USA, and traveling the world with Pete and her family. Ginny loved nature, hiking with her llamas as the llamas carried the backpacks in the Sierras, and skiing. She will be remembered as a loving wife, amazing mother grandmother and friend. She will be truly missed.

 P.L. Fry and Son is honored to serve the Boyce family. Services will be private with her remains cremated and scattered at her favorite sites. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer Association, Hospice, or your favorite charity.
