Adela McBride, 72, entered into rest on April 13, 2021 in Manteca, Ca. She was born on September 6, 1948 in Ancon, Panama. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard McBride Sr.

Mrs. McBride is survived by her loving family; children, Richard McBride Jr., Jason McBride, Shawn McBride, Melissa Gagen, Ivana McBride, Joshua McBride and David McBride. She was blessed with 15 grandchildren; Alexandria, Justin, Jeremy, Jason, Gianna, Jameson, Jaquis, Jasmine, Anthony, Marissa, Keira, Nicholas, Alexia, Mia and Maya, three great-grandchildren; Xavier, Anjolina, Jeremy and two on the way. In addition Adela is survived by 6 siblings; Ray Bacot, Richard Bacot, Bobby Bacot, Ruby Murray, Sila Marques and Rina Bacot.

Adela was a resident of Manteca for over 18 years and previously of the San Leandro Hayward area. After 17 years of service, she retired as service coordinator for Mobile Modular, Livermore, Ca. While living in the Bay Area Adela attended Jubilee Church of Milpitas and made church home in Manteca at Christian Worship Center. Adela loved the Lord; she never went a day without reading God’s word, worshiping her savior and praying diligently for her family.  She took joy in giving to the less fortunate. Adela’s happiness revolved around her children and grandchildren; her main focus was to love and support them unconditionally. When not spending time with her family, Adela loved shopping, whether it was on-line or in the store, she loved browsing for the perfect gift or any special item. Adela will be remembered for her outgoing personality, her feisty character, and her loving spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
