Cynthia Brown

Cindy Brown went home to be with the Lord on Jun. 7, 2019. She was born in Oakland and lived in the East Bay and Manteca for her entire life. She graduated from Amador Valley High School in Pleasanton in 1969.

Cindy was a loving wife, dedicated mother, business owner, volunteer, charter member and elder of Manteca Presbyterian Church, and 20-year Kaiser Permanente employee. Her emphasis on and devotion to family and her kindness toward all were evident by how she lived her life each day.

Cindy was preceded in death by her loving husband George Brown. She is survived by her children Paul Brown, of Fremont, Cristina Brown of Alameda, and Mark Brown of Manteca; her sister Wendie Reeves of Jacksonville, Fla.; her brother Dana Irvine of Columia, Calif.; five grandchildren; one niece and one nephew; and several step-family members. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends as well as by all whose lives she touched.

A memorial service will be held at Manteca Presbyterian Church, 275 N. Main St. in Manteca, Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception and light refreshments to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation in Cindy's memory to your favorite charity.
