Born on June 7, 1955 in Fresno, Ca. Danny L. Coffman, 66, entered into rest on October 1, 2021 in Walnut Creek, Ca. He is preceded in death by his daughter Vanessa diaz de la Cuesta

and his brother Gary Culbreth.

Mr. Coffman is survived by his family; wife of 35 years Virginia Coffman, son Dino Primofiore, grandson Julian Stehle and siblings Marshall Coffman, Connie Cowan, Sharon Coffman and Patricia Coffman.

Mr. Coffman retired as a Store Manager for Save Mart Stores after 38 years of service. Danny grew up in Manteca and was a 1974 graduate of East Union High School where he was an exceptional athlete. He was a member of  United Lutheran Church (Manteca). Danny was a strong Christian with a servant’s heart, he was an Elder at his church and enjoyed helping at the church with social gatherings and special events. Danny’s love for sports started at a very young age, it continued through his adult years where he coached pop warner football in Escalon, Ripon and Manteca, coached East Union High School Football, East Union Girl’s Basketball and coached the police/firefighter Pig Bowl out of Stockton. Danny was passionate about people, he never met a stranger and was truly interested in the lives of others. One of Danny’s favorite scriptures was 1st Corinthians 2:9 ‘What no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived’—God has prepared these things for those who love Him.  Our family has comfort in knowing that Danny is with Christ Jesus and is reaping the unconditional love that God has for him. 

Danny will be remembered for his love for Christ, family and his community. He will be deep missed by all who knew and loved him.

 P.L. Fry and Son is honored to be serving the Coffman family. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 5pm-7pm at P.L. Fry and Son 290 N. Union Rd. Manteca, Ca. Services will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 10:30 am also at P.L. Fry and Son Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Lakewood Memorial Park 900 Santa Fe Hughson, Ca on Saturday, October 16, 2021 9:30 am.
