Born on August 4, 1950, Diane Mendes McKinley, 68, entered into rest on April 28, 2019 in Manteca. She is preceded in death by her parents; John and Dorothy Mendes. Diane is survived by her loving family: daughter; Kimberly Olofsen, stepchildren; Erin Nussbaumer, Nathan McKinley and Jill Dougherty, grandchildren; Vivien, Ella, Hannah, Hailey, Haiden, Madison, Dorian, Devaney, Ace, Andrew and Reese, sisters; Nancy Coughran and Kathy Walsh.
Diane was a lifetime resident of Manteca, graduating from Manteca High School in 1968. Diane worked for San Joaquin County Office of Education and Stockton Unified School District; she retired after 45 years as a Special Education Administrator. Diane enjoyed gardening, trips to the beach, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Diane will be remembered for her compassionate spirit, her giving heart and her willingness to lend an ear to those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A mass will be on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church 525 E. North St. Manteca, Ca. She will be laid to rest at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery 17871 S.
