Dolores Maria Wilkinson

Dolores Maria Wilkinson, 77, entered into rest surrounded by her family on January 5, 2019 in Manteca. She was born on February 24, 1941 in Los Angeles, California to the late Maurice Muro and Lucille Saunders.  Dolores was raised by the amazing Leonor Esparza and her children, who always considered her one of their own and the only family she ever knew and loved. In heaven she joins her beloved husband of 41 years Billy John Wilkinson.

Dolores leaves behind her children, Suzanne Maria Perkins and husband Craig of Santa Clara and Billy John Wilkinson Jr. and wife Sharon of Sacramento. She was blessed with four grandchildren; Anthony Perkins, Austin Perkins, Adam Wilkinson and Sarah Wilkinson. In addition, Dolores is survived by her sisters Teri D’Artez and Bonnie Wisdom and Spouses.

Dolores was a Los Angeles native. She moved to Santa Clara along with her husband to raise her young family. She was social and loved to dance. Dolores was elegant and carried herself with grace. She loved the company of her family. She adored her grandchildren and looked forward to their family get togethers. She made friends where ever she went and her best friend Sherry was always at her side. Dolores held Steve, her roommate whom she considered family close to her heart and felt grateful for all her friends.  She was loved by all who knew and loved her and she will be deeply missed.
