Donaleah “Leah” Marie Lewis, entered into rest on January 9, 2020 in Palo Alto, Ca. She was born on April 16, 2013 in Stockton, Ca. She is survived by her mama and papa Cynthia and Rolando Concepcion, parents Ashley and Donald Lewis and her Uncle and Aunt Jordan and Ashley Concepcion.

Leah attended Refuge Christian Preschool Kindergarten and Academy and Place of Refuge Church. She was a special little six year old who was the light to many lives. She had the ability to steal your heart with her big personality and her infectious smile. Her joyful spirit always brought light to gloomy days. Her doctors and nurses absolutely loved being around her as she even had her doctor painting her precious little toenails   She loved the color purple, arts and crafts, unicorns, LOL dolls, watching YouTube videos and cuddling with her dogs. Leah will be remembered for her sweet character, her big hugs and her unconditional love. She will forever be missed.

The Lewis/ Concepcion family would like to send a warm heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff members of UCSF Children’s Hospital and Stanford Children’s Hospital for their kindness, love and care that they gave to our sweet Leah

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday February 8, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Place of Refuge 486 Button Ave, Manteca, CA 95336.
