Dorothy Ann Reichmuth

Born in Modesto, Ca. on March 28, 1935, Dorothy Ann Reichmuth, 83 entered into rest on April 10, 2018. She in preceded in death by her parents Louie and Edith Franzia, siblings; Louis Franzia, Ernest Franzia and Mary Franzia Reichmuth and one daughter-in law Terri Luiz-Reichmuth.

Dorothy is survived by her loving family; husband of 66 years Joe Reichmuth, children; Shirley Reichmuth, Tom (Arlene) Reichmuth, Ed Reichmuth, and Bob (Chris) Reichmuth. She was blessed with six grandchildren Joseph, Danielle, Melanie, Nicole, Justin and Jenna Reichmuth. In addition, Dorothy is survived by one sister-in law Josie Franzia.

A lifetime resident of Manteca; Dorothy’s heart was always at home which reflected her love of being a wife, mother and grandmother; her home was always impeccably clean with a home cooked meal always made with love. She was known for her talent of crocheting where she made beautiful handmade items for friends and family. A devout Catholic, Dorothy’s faith was very important to her where she was member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Ripon. Dorothy will be remembered for her kind heart, her selfless spirit and her love for family. She will be deeply missed.

P.L. Fry & Son honored to be serving the Reichmuth family. Visitation will be on Monday, April 16, 2018 held from 1pm to 6pm followed by a rosary at 6pm located at P.L. Fry & Son Chapel 290 N. Union Rd. Manteca, Ca. Mass will be on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 10:30am located at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church 19399 Highway 99, Ripon Ca. Burial will be at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery
