Elsie Adaline Silva

Elsie Adaline Silva, 93, entered into rest on January 24, 2018 in Manteca. She was born in Manteca on July 29, 1924. 

In heaven she joins her loving husband of 48 years Simon Silva. She leaves behind her daughters, Barbara Livoni and husband James Keller of Los Banos and Linda Dunnihoo and husband Lewis of Manteca.  She was blessed with five grandchildren, Valerie Wormstall and husband Thomas of Los Banos, Nicolas Keller, Christopher Keller, Kim Siskoff and Laura Gayacan. In addition she has three great grandchildren, Samantha WormstallEnglish and husband Tim, Kelsey Wormstall and Maddison Wormstall English. 

Elsie was a Manteca resident her entire life. She worked for Sharp Army Depot and Central Valley Bank before deciding to stay home and tend to her home. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and the Swiss Italian Club in Newark. She loved dancing and listening to her favorite music. She was devoted to her family and was a wonderful provider.  She loved unconditionally and will be remembered for her beautiful spirt. She will be deeply missed.

P.L. Fry and Son is honored to serve the Silva family. A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 10:30am at P.L. Fry and Son, 290 North Union Road, Manteca. Mass will take place immediately following at 12:00noon at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 505 East North Street, Manteca. She will be laid to rest at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, 17871 S. Carrolton Road, Escalon.
