Elsie Marie Russell

Elsie Marie Russell was born on June 10, 1926 in Everett, Washington. She passed away on April 6, 2022 in Hughson, California. In Heaven, she joins her late husband, James Russell. She is preceded in death by her daughters Debbie Carrol and Sharon Klarich and her son, Curtis Pierceall. She is also preceded in death by her siblings Dolores Stevens and Jenette Scott. She is survived by her children: Larry (Diane) Pierceall of Hayward, CA, Cassie (Katie) Pierceall of Walnut Creek, CA, Kathy Lloyd, Roxanne (Rob) Rogers of Manteca, Tammy (Alan) Defbenderfer of Oakdale, CA, Pam Muhlbach of Ohio and Scott Russell of Brentwood, CA.  Elsie was blessed with 27 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.

A beautiful spirit, a faithful woman, a dear mother, a loving grandmother and great-grandmother, a special auntie, left us on April 6, 2022.  Our mom Elsie Marie Russell is now in the loving arms of the love of her life James Russell. 

She had many loves, hummingbirds, flowers, cooking, receiving and passing along recipes, CHEESE, everything artisan, quilts, and traveling.  Mostly, she loved her family.  Spending time with each of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren brought her so much joy.

Our mother gave so much and passed along advise in the best way possible.  Words of encouragement, kindness, and love was given each and every day!

The words I love you were always said before the end of a phone call or a goodbye.  She always made sure her family knew she loved them.

We will carry her in our hearts forever.  God Bless our sweet mom.
