Eriko Hayashi Kelley, entered into rest surrounded by her family on October 7, 2017. She was born in Japan on October 12, 1935 to the late Takashi and Mitsu Hayashi. .

Eriko leaves behind her only child Art Vallejo. She was blessed with two grandchildren Kathryn and Kristen Vallejo. Eriko leaves many siblings and extended family members in Japan who loved her dearly.

Eriko was a Stockton resident. She worked for San Joaquin County for over 25 years and would eventually retire. Eriko was Buddhist and held her faith close to her heart as she lived in such a pure and loving nature. She had a green thumb that many people would envy keeping her garden immaculate. She never forgot her home land of Japan and would often tell stories of her childhood. Eriko was beautiful inside and out she will be remembered for her gentle spirit and her zest for life. She will be deeply missed. Attendees may have all flowers delivered to P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca, CA.
