Gerald W Casby

Gerald “Jerry” Casby, 80, entered into rest on March 24, 2021 in Modesto, Ca. He was born on September 25, 1940 in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is preceded in death by his brother Keith.

Mr. Casby is survived by his loving family;  wife of 44 years Beverly,  children Lisa (Chris), Bill (Julie), Bonnie (Tony), Pam, grandchildren; Colby, Fox, Cameron, Lauren, Riley, Tyler and Jason, he has one surviving brother Jim Casby.

Since 1988 Jerry has made is home in Manteca moving from Santa Clara County. He retired as a Deputy Sheriff for Santa Clara County after 28 years of service. Jerry served his country through the United Sates Navy and was honorably discharged. He was a member of the Deputy Association and enjoyed watching Western Movies with Clint Eastwood and The Duke. Jerry was outgoing and loved to make conversation. He was an avid golfer and frequented Manteca Golf Course, French Camp Golf Course and Escalon Golf Course. He will be remembered for his kind heart, his fun loving spirit and most of all his devotion and his unconditional love he portrayed towards his family.
