Gina Matthews, 38, entered into rest on August 1, 2017 in Indiana. She was born June 13, 1979 in Porterville, Ca.

Mrs. Matthews is survived by her loving husband of 14 years; Ryan Matthews. She adored her three children; Emma Matthews (12), Cody Matthews (10) and Jolene Matthews (2). She is also survived by her parents; mother; Sharon Roberts (step-father Mike Roberts) Father; Melvin Dorough (step-mother Rhonda Dorough) grandmother; Patsy Dorough and five siblings; Melissa Stacey, Jessica Dorough, Hank Dorough, Billie Bean and Michael Roberts Jr.  

Gina grew up in Manteca attending McParland Elementary School and graduating from East Union High in 1998. Gina was a stay at home mom where she was always hands on with her children; she truly enjoyed volunteering at school, doing projects at home and encouraging her children with their endeavors. She enjoyed family time, crafting, decorating and planning special events. Gina's faith was important to her where she enjoyed services at Calvary Community Church. Gina will be remembered for her strong-will, her loving heart and her caring attitude towards others. She will be deeply missed.
