Gladys Carolyn Cardoza

Gladys Carolyn Cardoza, passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2020. She leaves behind her loving and devoted husband of 65 years, Raymond Cardoza. She is also survived by her two sons John (Glenda) Cardoza of Manteca and Lawrence Cardoza also of Manteca. She was blessed with six grandchildren, John (Anna) Cardoza of Florida, Riley Cardoza of Boise, Idaho, Larry Cardoza of Manteca, Thomas Cardoza of Manteca, Jenna Cardoza of Manteca and Teneé Cardoza. She had eight great grandchildren: Nina, Audra, Vivian, Colton, Lavin, Cain, Cayin, Coreylee. She is survived by two sisters, Zerita (The Late Clarence) Nevis and Linda (The Late Lonnie) Hanson.

Gladys worked in quality control at Heinz for many years and was a longtime member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church where she attended weekly mass. She had a deep love for horses and was a lifetime member of Manteca’s Horseman’s Club. She loved to sew, knit, crochet and do puzzles. She loved her family and will be remembered as a kind hearted and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her.
