Isabelle Munoz, 19, entered into rest on September 4, 2017 in Fremont, Ca. She was born on April 18, 1998 in San Jose, Ca. She is survived by her parents Annabelle and Steve Garcia and her father Andrew Munoz. Her siblings are Ismael Munoz, Adam Garcia, Rosemarie “Princess” Garcia, Julian Garcia and Aneva Garcia. Her grandparents are Dianna Kahler, Mike Kahler, Raul Munoz, Garciela Munoz, Millie Garcia and Steve Garcia Sr. as well as, many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her dearly.

Isabelle was affectionately known to family and friends as Bizzy. She was outgoing, easy to talk to and loved by many. An excellent student Bizzy attended Sequoia Elementary, Manteca High and graduated from B.Tech high school excelling in their culinary arts program. Upon Graduation Bizzy received two scholarships from Dell Web Community and Manteca Police Chiefs Foundation. She was a beautiful writer and loved music; she was extremely expressive in her dance where she danced at Universal Dance Company for many years. Bizzy loved the holidays as she was involved every year with the set up at the mall with their Easter and Christmas themes; Bizzy even got to be the Easter Bunny one year. To Bizzy there was nothing like family and close friends; loyalty and love was always first and foremost. Bizzy will be remembered for her sunshiny personality and the unconditional love she displayed towards others. She will be deeply missed for a lifetime.
