Joel Raymond Fehlhaber

Born on May 14, 1943 in Ohio, Joel R. Fehlhaber, 77, entered into rest on February 17, 2021. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Fehlhaber (January 2020) and his beloved daughters Kimberly Belanger and Penny Formoe, granddaughter Meagan Rogers and one brother Larry Fehlhaber.

Joel was blessed by five surviving grandchildren; Amy Murillo, Frank Rogers, Brianna Belanger, Emerald Formore and Kelli Foremoe.

A resident of Manteca since 1962, Joel retired from LOF/Pilkington after 39 years as an Assemblyman. Joel and his wife Mary where devoted members of Frist Missionary Baptist Church of Manteca. They both enjoyed visiting with long-time friends and spending time with their grandchildren. Joel and Mary are together again reunited with their beloved daughters. They will be deeply missed by all who knew and cared for them.
