Born in Tracy, Ca on October 9, 1965, John Alegre entered into rest on July 16, 2022 at his home in Mt. Ranch, Ca. He was 56 years old. John is preceded in death by his father Leonard Alegre and his biological father Terry Welch.

Mr. Alegre is survived by his two daughters Alexis Alegre and Brianna Alegre LeRoy (Ryan), mother Linda Alegre and four siblings Mike Alegre, Kim Smith, Brian Alegre and Lisa Cracraft and his beloved dog, Lady.

John was a Heavy Equipment Operator by trade and was a member of the Operating Engineers Local 3. With a bigger than life personality, John was a manly man, he loved the great outdoors; fishing, hunting, boating, camping and riding quads were some of his favorite activities. He was a diehard Tennessee Titan fan and loved watching NASCAR. His life and love was always centered around his daughters; his love for them was unconditional. John will be remembered for his soft teddy bear heart, his kind spirit and his witty sense of humor. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
