Joseph Kusy

Born on May 7, 1940 in Poland, Joseph “Chief” Kusy entered into rest on September 22, 2021 at the age of 81 years old. Mr. Kusy is survived by his wife of 57 years Sally Kusy, children Joe Kusy (Shelley), Joan Kusy(Ron), Jonathan Kusy (Mariam) and James Kusy. He was blessed by six grandchildren Hayley (Eddie), Bryce (Sarah), Jory, Jaci, Ivan and Nicholas and six great-grandchildren Tatum, Madison, Derrick, Brielle, Lorelia and Ivanna . In addition, Joseph is survived by one sister Sally Shirey.

Joseph was a proud retired veteran of the United States Navy, serving 25 years. He was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Joseph was a dedicated businessman; always providing for his family. He cherished times spent with his grandchildren; he loved them unconditionally. Joseph will be remembered for his easygoing personality and his impeccable work ethic. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
