Joseph Martinez Salazar

Born on June 3, 1927 in Arizona, Joseph “PePe” Salazar, 91, entered into rest on November 11, 2018 in Stockton, Ca. 

Mr. Salazar is survived by his wife of 68 years Frances Salazar, children; Blanca Mayer, Joe Salazar, Victor Salazar (wife Susan), Sandra Gonzalez and Rebeca Salazar. He was blessed with nine grandchildren; Krisha, Lisa, Amanda, David, Christina, Victor Jr., Selina, Mathew and Henry as well as, 11 great-grandchildren.

Pepe retired after 27 years from Del Monte Foods in Stockton, Ca. After retirement, he and his wife owned and operated Calla Market for many years where he enjoyed interacting with customers. Pepe will be remembered as a loving husband father and grandfather.

In honor of Pepe a visitation will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 1pm to 3pm followed by a celebration of life at 3pm both held at P.L. Fry & Son Chapel 290 N. Union Rd. Manteca, Ca. An online guest book is available for condolences to the family at www.plfryandson.com
