Linda died, early Thursday morning, peacefully at home surrounded by those who loved her. There were ones who couldn’t be there physically but she knew they were with her in spirit. 

At 4’11 she was a spit-fire of a woman, who no matter where she went, made life-long friends. She was always taking care of others especially the under dog; she made a lifelong career of this. She was a waitress for decades eventually graduating to owning her own restaurant; Charles Place located in Manteca. Even after “ retiring” Linda ran the kitchen at the senior center in Redding.

Linda loved her boys. She was a dedicated mother, a grandmother of 4 and a great grandmother of 3.  She loved dancing the night away with the ones dear to her. She was known to enjoy visiting the casino, playing the slots with her sister and friends.
