Marcos Rivera

Mark Rivera, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away surrounded by his family on January 31, 2023 in Stockton, California. In Heaven he is reunited with his granddaughter, Ilya. He is survived by his oldest son Mark Anthony, Jr. and his beloved wife of 36 years, Cheryl and their children: Stephanie Mendoza (Eleazar) of Stockton, Sabrina Rivera of Manteca, Anthony Rivera of Stockton, Cherise Rivera of Modesto and Cynthia Rivera of Stockton. He leaves behind his mother Sabrina Rivera. Mark was blessed with 22 grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Frances and brothers Albert and Eddie.

Mark enjoyed spending his free time listening to music and dancing. He loved spending time in his garden and making sure his yard looked beautiful and well maintained. Mark also loved collecting hats.

He was very outspoken when it comes to being proud of his children and grandchildren. His  family will miss his jokester and playful personality but know he is at peace with the Lord.
