Marianne Crutchfield

Marianne Crutchfield, 89, passed away in her home in Manteca on March 14, 2019. She was raise in Karlsruhe, born in Pforzheim, Germany to the late Karl and Emilie Muller on March 17, 1929.  Beloved sister, Margot, passed away in 1979.

Marianne was a Manteca resident for 54 years. She migrated from Germany where she met her husband Dale, in the US Army. They made their way to the United States with two young children and would later welcome three more. She was quiet and graceful. Marianne enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. She sung in the German choir where enjoyed the many friends she made.  Marianne will be remembered for her gentle nature and kind soul, she will be deeply missed.

Marianne leaves behind her children, Karl Crutchfield (Ute) of Germany, Barbara Crutchfield of Stockton, Diane Reichmuth of Virginia, Donald Crutchfield (Sandy) of Fresno and Dale Crutchfield of Manteca.  She was blessed with 12 grandchildren, Isabella Crutchfield, Robin Crutchfield (Sharon), Brian Silva (Brielle), Gina Armstrong (Steven), Jamie Reichmuth, Travis Reichmuth (Rachael), Lacey Acosta (Jacob), Sara Greer (Shane), Rachael Jewel (Jeremy), Steve Russell (Melody), Robert Crutchfield (Zibby), and Desiree Carrion. In addition she leaves behind numerous great & great-great grandchildren.
