Mary Rose

Mary Charlene Rose, joined her husband in Heaven on January 6, 2021 in Sonora, California. She passed peacefully surrounded by her daughters, Sherry (Timmy) Porter of Sonora and Terry (Doug Franklin) Bill of Manteca, California. She leaves behind her three grandchildren: Stephanie Rae Standen of Modesto, Richie (Lisa) Standen of Columbia, Leslie Thomas of Barstow, Alicia and Michelle. She was blessed with four great-grandchildren: Jazmyn, Ally, Josh and Wesley. She is survived by her brother, James and George and Irene Rose and is now reunited with her 7 siblings who have passed before her. And she leaves behind her beloved fur baby, her dog, Peety 2.

Mary and her late husband of 50 years, Richard, owned D and C Glass Company in Tracy for 25 years. Mary loved to travel, bake homemade bread, swim and crochet. She made many beautiful blankets that the family can enjoy for years to come. She was a huge animal lover, especially her beloved dogs. Above all else, Mary was the best mom and was a giving and kind person. She spoiled her girls and was not only their mother, but their best friend.  She was a good friend to many and will be deeply missed.
