Nicholoas Aaron Stavroulakis passed away on September 27, 2021 in Modesto, California. He was born on June 26, 1980 in Louisville, Kentucky and attended the University of Louisville. He is survived by his parents, Dianna and Brian Darling of Louisville, Kentucky and Nick and Sofia Stavroulakis of Ripon. He leaves behind the love of his life, his wife, Andrea, Father in Law, Jack Gonzales and Mother in Law, Christina Gonzales. He is also survived by his siblings Kristina, Evianea, Catina, George, Nikola and Jason (Chinell Darling), Kendy (Bryan Wimsatt), Georgia (Demetrios Golfinopoulos) and brother in law Jack Gonzales, Jr. He also has 18 nieces and nephews that he leaves behind.
Nick was the founder and owner of his own oil recycling business. In his spare time, him and Andrea loved to travel and spend time with friends and family. He enjoyed going for rides on his new Harley.
Nick was a fun loving and charismatic man. He was always joking around and teasing his friends. He worked hard and would do anything for anyone unconditionally. He was a very loving, generous and loyal man. Nick was loved dearly by his family and friends and will be deeply missed. A viewing will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 from 4pm to 7pm (with a Trisagion beginning at 5pm) at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca, California. A Chapel Service will be held on October 5, 2021 at 11am also at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home. Nick will be laid to rest at Park View Cemetery following the chapel service. A Reception will follow at Ripon Roadhouse at 2pm.
