Ramona Phelps passed away on July 13, 2022 in Manteca, California. She was born on February 28, 1934 in Louisiana. 

Ramona leaves behind her loving husband of 48 years, George. She is survived by her brother Don Ancarde and her nephew Don (Pam) Ancarde of Brentwood. She is preceded in death by her niece Sharon Ancarde.

Ramona loved to cook and socialize with friends. She had a strong personality and always spoke her mind. Ramona was passionate about politics.

Ramona was a long time member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, brother, nephew and great nieces and nephews.
