Robert A. Polonus

Robert Allen Polonus, 59, entered into rest May 1, 2019 in Modesto. He was born July 13, 1959 in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.

 He leaves behind his mother Delores Spalding of Anderson, his daughter, Holly Smith and her husband Brian of Salida, his  granddaughters Camrynn and Katie Smith; siblings, Michael Polonus of Redding, Marshal Polonus of Sacramento, Cheryl Clapp of Stockton and Steve Polonus of Anderson, CA.

Robert was a Bay Area Native. He graduated from Memorial High School and would later go on to own his own business. He was Giants and Raiders fan following them through every loss of victory. He enjoyed spending time with his family, daughter and granddaughters.

His daughter was the apple of his eye and was so proud of all of her many accomplishments. Camrynn and Katie his granddaughters where the joy of his life and he loved them more than words can say. Roberts’s quiet calm demeanor was felt by all. He will be remembered as an amazing father, adored grandpa, son, brother and friend. He will be deeply missed.
