Ronny Lee Harbeck Sr.

Ronny Lee Harbeck Sr. 71, entered into rest July 10, 2022 in Manteca. He was born March 24,1951 in Sioux City, Iowa to the late Wally and Viola Harbeck. In heaven, he joins his parents, in laws, sister Cathy Rodriguez as well as his grandchildren Chris Jr, and Amelia Faith and son-in-law Daniel Ledesma Jr.

Ronny leaves behind his adored wife of 50 years Barbara Jean Harbeck of Manteca. He leaves his children Ronny Harbeck and wife Leticia of Redding, Belinda Harbeck of Manteca, Chris Harbeck and wife Shannon of NV and Debbie Tolbert and husband Brandon of Manteca.

He was blessed with 13 grandchildren, Chris Marieiro, Kim Miller, Sue Miller, Zack Miller, Demitrius Miller, Ryan Harbeck & GF Karely Ramos, Angelica Harbeck, Emily Ledesma, Jayla Jones, Aubrie Harbeck and Elliahna Tolbert, in addition he has five great grandchildren Allena Lopes, Wyatt Marieiro, Kaylie Harbeck and Elijah Harbeck with another little one on the way. Ronny is also survived by his siblings, Terry Harbeck, Linda Schoenberger, Randy Harbeck, Pete Harbeck and Gary Harbeck. As well as many nieces and nephews.

Ronny was a Manteca resident. He was a truck driver for most of his life and in his down time enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. You would often find him tinkering with his truck “The Skittle” and telling the best stories. He loved keeping his family close to guide and protect them. He was an avid sports fan always cheering on his favorite teams the Raiders and the Oakland A’s. What Ronny looked forward to the most was the fulltime job of being “PAPA” to his grandbabies. He enjoyed every moment with them. He loved the simple pleasures in life, like eating good bowl of spaghetti accompanied by a Dr. Pepper and banana pudding for desert.

He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Ronny had the biggest heart, absolute heart of gold who was willing to help anyone. He will be deeply missed.
