Terry Detherage

Born in Richmond, Ca on September 28, 1950, Terry Detherage, 71, entered into rest on October 10, 2021 in Turlock, Ca. Terry was a resident of both Manteca and Ripon for the past 64 years.

Ms. Detherage is survived by her daughter Shelly Walker, grandsons Taylor Stanley, Todd Stanley and Kyle Walker and one great-grandson Jess Stanley. In addition, Terry is survived by her two siblings, (twin sister) Mary Meninga and Doris Keener and her companion of many years; Damon as well as, many extended family members who loved her dearly.

Terry grew up in Ripon and attended Ripon High School. She retired as a store manager from Safe Way stores after 12 years of service. Terry was very giving of herself; she enjoyed singing, music, shopping and collecting antiques. She loved spending time on the ranch tending to her horses and hanging out with her dogs; Shane and Jack as well as, spending quality time with her grandchildren; which included lots of fun, laughter and making special memories. Terry will be remembered for her quick wit and her infectious fun loving personality. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
