I won't to start off saying to the family Mr. Parker will be greatly missed.Mr .Parker would come to Tennessee state university often to work, he would bring a smile that would make the whole world shine, he's spirit will continue to shine on on on. I work at Tsu as a Officer, my name is Ramona Sweatt he was my brother in Christ we would share the word to encourage each other. My his soul rest in peace.
