Many years ago, I met "Momma T" as I called her, I dated her son Chris for a few years in the 1980's. I loved her dearly. Even after Chris and I broke up, Momma T and I remained close - I would come visit her, we would talk on the phone. Sometimes I would come and spend the weekend with her and Tom and she would make me scrambled eggs and zucchini for breakfast. I remember her vast collection of Barbie dolls, all of her stuffed animals that she called 'dee-dees' and her kindness towards me. Many many years ago, I lost touch with her and I am so sorry that I did. She was a wonderful person to me and I loved her dearly. And I am so sorry to read of her passing. Momma T, I love you and I just want you to know that I still think of you...
Always, Cathy N.

Aunt Barbara, You were so gentle, loving, and kind. The main comfort we can take from your passing is that now you are up in heaven dancing, and pain-free. I want to thank you for allowing your two oldest daughters to come and visit their Aunt Emma Shogren (your older sister) in Bothell, Washington during the summer of 1972. It was thanks to this visit that I was able to establish a closer relationship with my two girl cousins on my mother's side of the family. Also, I enjoyed visiting with you, and your family whenever the Shogren family drove down from Washington to California for a visit. Thank you for gracing us with your warm and loving presence at my second wedding, it meant a lot to us for you to be there on that special day. You are in our thoughts and prayers, may your soul be forever blessed, we will love you and will remember you always. Kiss my dad George hello for me up in Heaven. Love and Peace, Your niece Katharine D. (Shogren) Clark, (and my two children) Heather R. Clark, Nathaniel W. Clark.

Aunt Barbara, you were one of the kindest, gentlest, and sweetest ladies I've ever known, and you gave me the fondest of memories, especially for the time spent together during our childhood visits with you in Hayward. May the Lord now bless you and welcome the light of your soul, as you enter Heaven, as your reward for a life well-lived! We were honored to have known you, and will always love and remember you!

Your nephew, Bob Codeglia
