Born in Ohio on May 11, 1957, Lawrence Dempsey, 59, entered into rest on March 13, 2017 in Manteca, Ca. Lawrence was 59 years old. Mr. Dempsey is survived by his two children Sandra Nungaray and Patrick Dempsey, grandchildren; Madilynn and Ayden Nungaray, siblings; Teresa Chandler, Mary Graham, Carol LeMaster, Tom Dempsey, Jerry Dempsey Joseph Dempsey and Nora Pierce and his best friend who he cared for deeply; Melissa.

Mr. Dempsey proudly served his country through the United States Navy. He was an avid model train collector as he spent hours building trains to show all over California.  He was a member of the Model Railway clubs both of Stockton and Oakdale. He loved a great movie and enjoyed taking his grandchildren alongside him. Lawrence will be remembered for his talkative fun personality and his love for family. He will be deeply missed.
