So very sorry to hear about Penny's passing. I grew up a few door down from Penny and babysat for her during my teenage years. She was a GREAT lady!! Thinking of you Mike, Mickey and Eddie.

Sad to hear of Penny's passing. I was fortunate to have her as my cub scout leader when I was a kid and later worked with her at Lathrop School. She will be missed!

Penny worked with me at MUSD. What a wonderfully informative person. She had much knowledge of the computers and software. She was always smiling and happy. She will be missed by many.

We are so sorry to hear of Penny's passing, she was such a wonderful lady and a special friend to our family. We both were new to the neighborhood in Sacramento and found instance friendship, making many fond memories including going camping and our wonderful Easter celebrations. She will truly be missed by all who ever met her. Please contact us if we can be of assistance during this sad time in your lives, love & prayers.

I am a friend of Mickey and Julia. Although i had never met his mother, she was spoken of highly. I know she will be greatly missed. She is loved. My condolences to Mickey and Julia and the family.

Penny was my Den Mother when I was in Cub Scouts so very long ago. By joining the Cub Scouts, my family was introduced to Penny and her family. Our families became friends and we did many things together. So many wonderful times and great memories that I hope to never forget. Rest in peace Penny. You are a wonderful amazing person.

I am so sorry to hear of Penny's passing. She was a very nice woman. I believe we met when the kids were in school and also during cub scouts. I'm sure there are many happy memories to make the sadness a little easier.
